This romantic comedy blends the trendsetting Korean fashion with a very exciting plot that shows off the dramas versatility. An adaption of a notorious Korean internet comic “Maerineun Uibakjoong” by Won Soo Yeon, Marry me Mary sees Moon Geun Young play Wi Mae Ri, a cheerful girl who grew up constantly running away from debtors with her father, Wi Dae Han. Things take a turn for her when one day she nearly rams over Kang Moo Kyul (Jang), a free-spirited indie singer cum chick-magnet. Their relationship slowly blossoms, but how far does it go?
However, one day Dae Han is saved from debtors by his old friend Jung Suk. But in return of the help given, Dae Han had agreed to hand over his daughter for marriage to Jung Suk’s son Jung In, who had returned from Japan with his father after achieving considerable success in the entertainment industry there. Reluctant to tie the knot with someone she does not love, Mae Ri begs Moo Kyul to be his “pseudo-husband”. Without giving in, her father gives her exactly 100 days to make her pick. Who will Mae Ri turn to in the end?

His finesse has made him one of the most sought after Korean entertainers in 2010 and he has proven his worth when he received the KBS Drama Awards for Best Actor for his role in Marry me Mary. He also testified his popularity when he topped the KBS International Netizen's Popularity Award apart from earning himself two acclamations from Yahoo! Asia Buzz Awards for Top Buzz Male Korea Star Award & Top Buzz Male Asia Star Award categories.
Behind those youthful eyes, Mae Ri or Moon Geun Young is not inferior to her “husband” as a high-profile actress. Known as the Little Sister of Korea, she hailed as one of the biggest stars with multiple awards of the KBS Drama Awards ranging from Best Actress, Most Popular Female Actress, to Best Couple Award with Jang Geuk Suk for Marry me Mary. Apart from that, her previous role in Cinderella’s Stepsisters also gained recognition with her winning the Top Excellent Actress Award consecutively.
